Some therapists are more old-school (you know the type- buttoned-up, stiff, blank slate). That person isn’t me. I believe online therapy can be connecting, playful and humorous. The therapy space should be free of any pretentious energy. I want our work to be collaborative and engaging, and for you to feel seen, heard, and supported throughout the therapeutic process.

Who do I work with?

I provide online therapy in Seattle and Washington State to adults. I have a specialized focus in anxiety, adult ADHD, life transitions, the LGBTQ+ community, and self-acceptance. I also believe advocacy is an essential part of mental health support. I incorporate a systemic lens in my therapy work, and wholeheartedly embrace a Health at Every Size approach.

My fee is $150 for a 50-minute session

Therapy can be one of the most valuable, transformative investments of your time and money. I would be honored to share this experience with you.

I’m currently accepting Premera and Lifewise insurance. If you’re interested in working together but don’t have one of those plans, that’s totally fine!

I offer out-of-network services, and I can provide you with billing information to submit to your insurance for reimbursement at their out-of-network rate. These are known as superbills. Depending on your insurance plan, you could get reimbursed for part or even all of your session fees.

Also, I work with Thrizer, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. HSA and FSA payments accepted.  Don’t hesitate to reach out—I’d love to help you through the process!
