How is life coaching different than therapy?
Life coaches focus more on the here and now experience of the client to encourage personal development and self-improvement. We help people move forward and set personal and professional goals that will help them live a more authentic life. Most coaching clients might be a bit stuck or simply want to make a big change in their lives and want the support of a coach to do so.
How long will I need to work with a life coach?
It varies from individual to individual. Some clients are able to achieve their goals in six weeks to three months. Most often, clients stay with a coach anywhere from six to eighteen months. After clients realize their first goals, they often identify other areas they want to work on. The coaching relationship continues as long as there is benefit to the client.
Why work with me?

For over a decade, I have committed my life to learn various modalities to support clients such as, life coaching, talk therapy, somatic awareness, spiritual practices, meditation, and mindfulness. I hold a degree in Spiritual Studies, I’m a certified life coach, and an intern therapist. My commitment to my own healing journey and desire to help people through some of life’s challenges continues to inspire and inform my work and healing practices. During our sessions, 100% of my energy and attention will be focused on you. I will provide a confidential, non-judgemental, authentic space where I will encourage, motivate and support you in setting and achieving your goals. I will help you unlock your potential, identify and develop your strengths as well as examine your limiting beliefs.
